This is really cool and way better quality than I thought it would be, given the awesome price! I installed easily into studs (because 2 of my cats are chonks, and really needed the extra security of studs). This is not my first rodeo with cat perches. I have several, and this is the one they use the most. the sisal spots are great and my cats love using this to get into the top window and watch the birds eat at the window feeder. Now I need another for the other window. Thank you!
